Throughout my career, I have successfully managed single plant operations as well as multi-location organizations with annual sales ranging from $1 million to over $200 million.

My achievements include expanding businesses through the integration of acquired operations and the establishment of new facilities in both the United States and Mexico. I possess the ability to enhance operations on the shop floor and in the front office by effectively employing a combination of lean principles and automation. By utilizing the appropriate tools, I consistently deliver tangible results by resolving issues and improving overall efficiency.
